TL;DR
We collect the contact and property details you choose to send, plus basic visit information such as the page you landed on and campaign tags. We use it to respond to your request and to arrange financing through wholesale lenders, and we do not sell it. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP.
Information we collect
- Details you enter in our forms: name, email, phone, property state and type, loan purpose, estimated value, loan amount, occupancy and any message.
- Visit context sent with the form: the landing page, the referring site and campaign tags such as utm parameters, gclid or fbclid.
- Standard technical data our hosting provider records, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and reliability.
The DSCR calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type into it are not sent to us.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request by email, phone or text, with your consent
- To evaluate your scenario and compare financing programs from wholesale lenders
- To keep records required for compliance and to improve the site
How we share it
We share information with Loan Daddy LLC’s service providers that help us operate (for example, our customer relationship and hosting tools) and, when you move forward, with wholesale lenders and settlement providers needed to arrange your loan. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts. You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any message from us. Some records may be kept where the law requires.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. We may update this policy and will post the new version here. See also our terms of use.
